Terms and Conditions – Key Highlights

At The Canine Hub, we strive to ensure a positive and safe environment for all dogs and their owners. Before attending classes, please take note of the following key policies:

  1. Payment is required in advance to secure your spot in any class or one-to-one session. We accept cash, bank transfers, and online payments.

2. Cancellation and Refunds (Effective from 1st November 2024) Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund or to reschedule your session. Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable. However, you may sell your spot to another attendee with prior notification to The Canine Hub.

3. Dog Health. All dogs must be fully vaccinated and wormed. Proof of vaccination is required for new dogs and puppies.Please do not bring your dog to class if they have been unwell or in contact with any unwell dogs in the last 10 days.

4. Class Environment. If your dog struggles to cope in a class setting, remaining sessions may be converted into one-to-one sessions to address any issues.Bitches in season are welcome to attend, but please inform us in advance. We may ask you to leave the class if it is not in the best interest of your dog.

5. LiabilityThe Canine Hub is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damages during training sessions. We strongly recommend that all dogs are insured, including third-party liability.

6. Children are welcome to attend and participate in classes but must be supervised at all times.

7. Weather & COVID-19 Adjustments In case of bad weather or COVID restrictions, classes or one-to-one sessions may be moved online (e.g., via Zoom).
