Pet Membership – Standard
165 minutes per month
£45/month (Inc VAT)

Perfect if you want to dip into classes 3 or 4 times each month without overcommitting. Standard is great for families starting out, dogs who thrive on a “little and often” approach, or if you want to keep skills ticking over alongside other activities.

How the minutes work

  • 1 minute = 1 minute of class time (a 55-minute class uses 55 minutes).
  • Eligible classes: Hub Stars Club, Scent Club, Shooting Stars L3, Workshops and mini-courses (Recall, Loose-Lead, Hoopers Intro, Scentwork Intro).
  • Exclusions: Pup St🌟rter puppy classes and Rising Stars, Weekly Agility Groups, Weekly Hoopers Groups
  • Rollover: unused minutes roll over while membership is active.
  • Booking: book through Acuity as normal – your minute balance updates automatically.
  • Setup & billing: £10 one-off setup. Paid monthly (Inc VAT). Cancel with one month’s notice.

What happens if I run out of minutes?
You can upgrade tier mid-month or pay the standard drop-in rate.

Can my minutes be used on more than one dog?
Yes – you can use them across any of your dogs.

How do I change tier?
Email us and we’ll switch you.

Do minutes expire?
They roll over while membership is active. If you cancel, the balance is cleared on your final billing date.
